- Senate GA committee passes SB71 and SB72 relating to cemeteries. #
- Senate GA committee passes SB73 that will allow the state treasurer to make payments electronically. #
- GA committee takes up SB194, the energy package. Sen. T. Little is currently speaking on the bill. #
- SB158 passes the GA committee. The bill relates to municipality annexations. #
- Senate GA committee takes up the Sunset Bills. #
- The Senate GA committee passed over 10 sunset bills this morning. #
- Senate GA committee meeting finished, now on to the Senate Fiscal Responsibility and Accountability (FR&A) meeting. #
- The Senate FR&A committee has come to order. #
- First bill in the FR&A committee is SB34 relating to prohibiting no-bid contracts. #
- FR&A carries over SB34 at the request of the sponsor and chair. #
- FR&A committee carries over SB38 and SB40 because of further questions on the bills. #
- FR&A passes SB45 which allows the board of trustees at Auburn to use teleconference for their meetings. #
- Senate FR&A carries over SB162 relating to the PACT program. The AEA asked for a public hearing which the chair honored. #
